Style By The Sea
This exclusive and spacious 6th floor suite has been home to many dignitaries and celebrities over the years, and commands one of the best direct oceanfront views from Eau Palm Beach. Some may say that the view from the suite is the best on the whole barrier island of Palm Beach. Its contemporary, artistic design was created by the owners to exude a modern and fashionable flair; including the “Wall of Shoes,” designed by Robert Tabor to pay tribute to select First Ladies as well as other female world leaders.
Suite Talk Q&A
- What was your favorite feedback or comment received from past guests? Our whole concept at Eau is about easy living, and for me, each day I make it a point to be as intuitive as possible. A high-profile guest who likes to have their unique brand of tea waiting for them upon their arrival visits me often. Since I know they love to have it out on the balcony, I set the table and chairs facing the ocean, along with two tea cups and their brand of tea – the guests return each and every year because of this personal touch.
- What sets you apart from other suites in this city? Robert Tabor’s shoe art adds something special that no other suite or hotel has in the area. There is an entire wall dedicated to First Ladies and female dignitaries throughout history. One, in particular, is close to home: the one inspired by First Lady Michelle Obama, which is a lemongrass-colored lace shoe with velvet and a jeweled bow.
- How would you like to be remembered? For being fun! Many Presidential Suites are “stiff” and proper. I have a pool table, a private bar, two full dining tables, and an expansive wrap around balcony with panoramic ocean views from every angle.
